The duration for the Master course is 24 months. To obtain the title of Master in Nursing the student must maintain a coefficient of academic performance equal to or greater than 7.0, complete a total of 10 credits in mandatory subjects and activities, 12 credits in optional subjects, be approved in the defense of the project and be approved in the defense of the dissertation.

In 2018.1, after approval of the proposed restructuring of the pedagogical project of the course, the requirement changed to 28 credits in subjects and activities distributed among 20 credits in mandatory subjects (13 subjects and 07 activities) and 08 credits in optional subjects. These changes will be in force from 2018.1 onwards.
